Couleurs takes Apple's color panel (complete with 'magnifying glass'), and combines it with an easy way to copy common formats of color values to the clipboard (including CSS formats like #rrggbb and even UIColor values in Swift). Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser when you use websites. There are also other technologies that can be used for similar purposes like HTML5 Local Storage and local shared objects, web beacons, and embedded scripts.
